As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Requirements

You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
You have 2 years Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience!
You have a Valid PILB in hand.
You are proficient in English/Spanish. To include reading, writing, and speaking.
You have the physical stamina to be on your feet all day, plus walking up and down stairs.
You are at least 21 years of age.
You have High work ethic and integrity.
You are authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Excellent customer service is always your top priority, as you provide critical Access Control, greeting all who enter and issuing numbers.
You are fluent in English and Spanish, which includes reading, writing, and speaking.
You observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
You provide rapid response in critical situations.
You have the physical ability to conduct periodic foot patrols, which will include walking up and down stairs, inside/outside to keep facility safe and free of theft, damage, or threats for employees and guests.
You are able to work on holidays, that fall on your normally scheduled shift.
You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
