About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a Spanish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support middle and high school students for the 2026-2027 school year in Longmont, CO. The role involves conducting bilingual speech and language evaluations and providing therapeutic interventions in both English and Spanish. The goal is to support student communication, academic progress, and social-emotional success. The SLP will manage a caseload of approximately 42-50 students, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) goals, and maintain compliant documentation. Collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential for supporting effective communication strategies across the school environment. The position also includes participation in monthly professional development and peer collaboration meetings for district Speech-Language Pathologists.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid State of Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
Valid Colorado DOE Special Services Provider (SSP) License with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
