About The Position

Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers. The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers.

Requirements

  • 6 months or more call center experience; outbound experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively.
  • Ability to identify the customer’s needs and match with the best product available to close sales.
  • Goal oriented and demonstrate strong drive and ambition.
  • Ability to break goals down into small pieces and effectively meet/exceed them.
  • Open and receptive to coaching and feedback geared to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
  • Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
  • Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet
  • Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics
