The Bilingual Sales Rep will be responsible for retaining existing clients while acquiring new ones, ensuring sales and marketing activities stay within budget and timelines. The position requires taking initiative to develop solutions for issues hindering export procedures, reviewing distributor performance, and attending meetings to negotiate for business growth. Market research, competitor analysis, and developing strategies to gain a competitive edge are also key aspects. The role includes proposing and negotiating sales, pricing, and terms, analyzing product purchasing options, and participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts and being responsible for all sales results, A/R collections, and pricing/margin management within assigned accounts are crucial. Attendance at trade shows and exhibitions is also expected.
