About The Position

We’re looking for a fun, fired-up Bilingual Sales Opener Manager who can energize the Opener team on the Irvine floor and with a remote crew of Spanish-speaking openers. Think of yourself as the coach, cheerleader, and competitive spark in two languages. If you can turn a regular sales shift into an exciting, high-fiving, goal-crushing experience, we need you.

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish (you’ll coach, correct, and hype in both).
• 2–3 years of strong phone sales/call center experience where you’ve carried a quota and won.
• A proven track record of hitting or crushing sales goals.
• Natural ability to motivate people and keep them performing even on slower days, including reps you don’t see in person every day.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of leading, coaching, or supervising sales reps (preferred); experience managing remote or bilingual teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the vibe curator of the sales floor by keeping the energy high, the laughs loud, and the numbers climbing.
• Lead, coach, and motivate onsite Openers in real time. You’ll be walking the floor, giving quick tips, celebrating wins, and helping people level up during the shift.
• Manage and coach a remote team of Spanish-speaking Openers with huddles, live call coaching, performance tracking, and keeping them locked in even when they’re not in the building.
• Hit aggressive sales targets and make sure both the floor and the remote Spanish team do too.
• Run fun sales contests, give out rewards, recognize killers, and create healthy competition that works for people in the office and working remotely.
• Set the tone every single day with your own work ethic, positivity, and sales skills. Lead from the front in English and Spanish.
• Turn “just another sales day” into something people brag about.
• Be the person who makes the team say “Let’s go!” and “¡Vamos!” when they start their shift.
