Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with a solid track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to build immediate rapport over the phone and mastery of proactive sales closing techniques.
  • Must currently reside in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Cancun, or surrounding areas.
  • High motivation for competitive commission structures and professional growth.
  • A private, distraction-free workspace is mandatory (verification will be required during the process).
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload), preferably via Ethernet cable.
  • Proven experience working remotely under target-based objectives, demonstrating discipline, punctuality, and high productivity.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally, experience in the tourism/travel sector.
  • Previous experience in corporate or global environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize persuasive and consultative sales techniques to identify member needs and design their ideal vacation experiences.
  • Maintain high productivity in outbound call management, ensuring impeccable and efficient service that meets international standards.
  • Actively collaborate to exceed monthly sales targets, constantly raising the bar for the company's service standards.
  • Manage sensitive information with rigor, maintaining exceptional attention to detail in every transaction.

  • Base salary of $15,000 MXN per month + UNCAPPED commissions (Average expected monthly income of $70,000 MXN or more).
