We are seeking a talented Bilingual Sales Coordinator (English/French) to join our Canadian Sales Team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Canadian business by partnering with sales agents, representatives, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales support, account management, and operational execution. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring accurate product, pricing, and order management. An ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about the fashion and accessories industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, retail, merchandising, or a related support role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in sales reporting, product assortment planning, and business performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Passion for the fashion, accessories, and retail industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Adobe Photoshop, and social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Canadian sales team and independent agents/representatives with account inquiries, inventory checks, order reporting, and customer support needs.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting across accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Support to manage product orders in SAP, monitor deliveries, and provide weekly shipment tracking updates to customers.
  • Assist with customer meetings, market appointments, and in-store training activities as needed.
  • Manage SKU setup and maintenance to ensure products are accurately entered and available for the Canadian market.
  • Monitor orders on credit hold and proactively partner with customers to obtain updated payment information and facilitate order release.
  • Maintain pricing accuracy across all accounts and ensure pricing is correctly reflected in internal systems.
  • Manage sample inventory and support preparation for seasonal line reviews and presentations.
  • Support the translation and proofreading of marketing materials, product communications, and customer-facing content in both English and French.
  • Create and maintain market materials, including line sheets, buy sheets, and seasonal product presentations in both languages.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand, Planning, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to support business initiatives and customer needs.
