About The Position
ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to provide customer service and sell the company’s financial products and services. The role offers hourly pay plus bonus incentives. Associates work independently while taking accountability for overall store performance, building customer trust, and providing accurate, confidential service in compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Services may vary by store and include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- The ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers is required.
- The ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area is required, subject to state-specific labor laws.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
- Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers, empathize with their challenges, and build trust.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships.
- Handle store services that may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
- Prioritize accuracy and confidentiality and comply with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
