About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented individuals to join its team. Sales Associates use customer service and sales skills to support store operations and may earn hourly pay plus bonus incentives. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable ACE products and services, and building trust through effective communication, empathy, and exceptional customer service. Associates handle a range of financial services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Associates work independently and are accountable for overall store performance. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when needed. Spanish proficiency is preferred or welcomed in most markets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, communicate verbally, and actively listen.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
