About The Position

Jones Ford Buckeye is seeking a motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Automotive Sales Associate to join our high-volume dealership. Requirements

• 1–2 years of automotive sales experience required
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Excellent communication, customer service, and closing skills
• Professional, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and CRM experience
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up
• Complete sales documentation and coordinate vehicle deliveries
• Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service
• Stay current on Ford products, financing options, and dealership promotions
• Attend sales meetings and ongoing training
