Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a determined full-time Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Associate to keep our retail operations running smoothly. Requirements

Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes

Ability to work on point-of-sale software as well as various other vendor and quoting software

Responsibilities

Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction in our stores.
Interact and assist customers with a smile.
Correspond with regular customer contacts and potential customers, promoting the sale of Ring's End products and services.
Handle instances of consumer dissatisfaction and specific customer complaints fairly and promptly.
Schedule deliveries and follow up.
Guide and advise clients on their building material inquiries.
Answer phones and emails.
Keep inventory organized.
Do anything else to help customers.
