The Bilingual Sales Assistant will be exposed to and impact the complete supply chain process with our customers. This role is responsible for improving the customer service experience, engaging customers, and facilitating organic growth. The assistant will maintain accurate records, coordinate travel and events, and support the Account Executive with account management. Key duties include performing data entry, resolving pricing discrepancies, contacting customers, assisting with orders and account statuses, and collaborating with internal departments for order coordination and delivery. The role also involves providing necessary data and reports to the sales team and performing other assigned duties.
