About The Position

Mobilelink, the largest Cricket Wireless dealer with over 500 stores, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join as a Retail Store Manager (RSM). This role is pivotal in driving success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team to new heights within a fast-growing, dynamic company that offers unlimited growth and earning potential. As an RSM, you will be responsible for the sales and operations of your store, leading by example, coaching your team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your duties will range from managing inventory to launching new products and services, making you the central figure in your store's daily operations.

Requirements

1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
