This role involves driving sales of specific products and services, adhering to company guidance, and acting as a role model for new hires. The consultant must also manage store operations, including adhering to policies, maintaining accurate paperwork, mastering required systems, handling cash deposits responsibly, protecting company assets, preventing fraudulent purchases, and ensuring accurate store opening/closing procedures. Additionally, they are expected to communicate inventory deficiencies, safeguard codes and passwords, maintain store appearance, complete required training, accurately record time and attendance, adhere to schedules, and take personal responsibility for issues within their control.
