About The Position

This is a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) position for a bilingual individual fluent in English and Spanish. The role emphasizes approachability, teamwork, a positive attitude, and the desire to work at the top of one's scope. The nurse will collaborate with providers as an equal and lead by example. Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Openness to receive feedback and a willingness to learn.
Desire to work the full scope of your RN license.
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced clinic.
Knowing how to plan your resources.
Strong initiative to assist your team.

Responsibilities

Attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration, and patient education.
Perform independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI's, etc.
Follow up with abnormal lab results and treat per protocol.
Conduct Co-visits to evaluate and treat patients with acute needs in collaboration with the provider.
Triage walk-in patients.
Attend huddles before the start of shifts to review anticipated nurse needs.
