About The Position

The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager to support workers’ compensation cases throughout the St. Louis area. This role offers flexible caseload options, an independent, consultative role with autonomy and flexibility, no bedside care, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. It is a hybrid work model with local travel and remote documentation, providing meaningful work supporting injured workers through recovery and return-to-work.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience
• Bilingual required (Spanish/English preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas
• Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

• CCM or related certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers
• Attend medical appointments and assess treatment progression
• Communicate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
• Prepare timely and detailed case management reports
• Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiency
• Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed
• Support return-to-work planning and transitional duty recommendations
• Provide bilingual communication support for injured workers and stakeholders
