About The Position

We are currently seeking a high-performing bilingual Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis. This dual-role position requires a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives in a highly competitive environment and is passionate about premium brands and customer experience in the luxury retail market and builder channel.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or other related disciplines
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within luxury goods, home appliance, builder or related industries
  • Strong selling, negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated, competitive and results oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-performance environment
  • Experience selling products with long sales cycles
  • Strong presentation/training/teaching skills
  • Excellent time management skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Analytical, curious, and persistent

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across retail and builder segments
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners, designers, and builder accounts
  • Manage and deliver detailed project quotations for builder accounts, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with brand positioning
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, leadership) to support go-to-market initiatives and project execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and leadership to align go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular meetings with retail partners, developers, builders, and project stakeholders to drive specification and secure long-term business
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field to support partners and ensure brand excellence
  • Providing expert-level product training to store sales associates
  • Additional duties as assigned
