About The Position

Environment Control is looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for commercial cleaning positions across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring staffing needs are met quickly while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, customer service
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and computer skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job ads on different recruiting platforms.
  • Review applications and contact qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
  • Explain job duties, schedules, pay rates, and company policies to candidates.
  • Coordinate hiring paperwork and onboarding, including I-9 and other required documents.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in the recruiting system.
  • Follow up with new hires during their first weeks of employment.
  • Work closely with managers to understand staffing needs and fill open positions promptly.
  • Attend job fairs and participate in recruiting events when needed.
  • Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources to attract candidates.
