About The Position
Exact Staff is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with an annual salary range of $37,000-$41,000. The schedule includes Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, with a flexible schedule. The role involves reviewing and managing applicants, conducting phone screenings, assessing candidate qualifications, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and communicating professionally with applicants. Additional recruiting and administrative tasks may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Comfortable conducting phone interviews and interacting with candidates
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities
- Review and manage applicants received through Indeed
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the position
- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the hiring manager
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting notes
- Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview scheduling and next steps
- Assist with additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned
