With 40 years of experience, our licensed home care services agency (LHCSA) has proudly cared for over 100,000 clients throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Westchester County. Much of our success stems from our exceptionally talented and competent staff. We are interested in hiring a hard-working team player to join our Home Care Recruitment team. For this position the candidate MUST be bilingual English/Spanish speaking AND reside in Brooklyn. Candidates that do not live in Brooklyn WILL NOT be considered. Our Home Care Recruiters are responsible for the welcoming, enrolling, processing of new Home Health Aides (HHA) to our family of caregivers. Our Recruitment Dept. is often the first point of contact with our company, therefore you must be professional, have an appreciation for the type of service we provide, and be personable. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of basic clerical experience within a professional office environment. You must also enjoy working within a team and have excellent communication and collaboration skills. No experience required in our field — training will be provided (and training IS PAID).

Responsibilities
- Candidate screening and interviewing
- Review job responses and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for role
- Ensure all candidates meet the regulatory and licensing requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience and engagement
- Work closely with supervisor(s) and administration to understand staffing needs and priorities
