The Project Manager plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and ensures delivery within scope, budget and requirements. The Project Manager works with the operations team to identify and collect requirements, performs risk assessments, develops cost estimates, and initiates kick-off meetings. This role requires the ability to work independently, maintain regular communication, and navigate client organizations to ensure project success. The role also involves creating business cases for funding and understanding the construction industry.
