About The Position

Our client is a respected, mission-driven nonprofit organization supporting individuals and families across the greater Los Angeles area. As a small and closely connected team, each role contributes meaningfully to the organization’s ability to provide valuable services and support to the community. Our client is looking for a Bilingual Program Services Manager to lead and manage community-facing direct service programs. The position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the board’s Program Committee to create and carry out the annual plan for programs and services. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding, coordinating, operating, and strengthening these programs, supervising staff and volunteers, tracking outcomes, and finding opportunities to improve access, including through online resources.
