About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Production Manager to lead daily operations within our production facility. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, managing production teams, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred or as required)
• 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
• Familiarity with production software or ERP systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations in a manufacturing environment
• Manage production schedules to meet output and delivery goals
• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance
• Monitor workflow, equipment, and processes to maximize efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to optimize operations
• Address production issues quickly to minimize disruptions
