This role is a leadership position within field services, acting as a company representative interacting daily with crew members, subcontractors, and customers. The ideal candidate must be capable of responding to issues with a high sense of urgency and possess strong listening and communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.
• Must be able to listen and communicate appropriately in any situation.
• Must be capable of responding to appropriate issues with a very high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs Field Finishers at job sites.
• Assigns field finishing tasks to employees at the job site.
• Communicates with TCV Managers, job site superintendents, and general contractors to ensure field finishing meets requirements.
• Communicates with Field Operations Manager to determine field services work to be done.
• Assigns field service work to other employees of the field service crew.
• Communicates progress of field service work to job site superintendents and general contractors.
• Reports progress of field service work to TCV’s Field Operations Manager and Project Manager as needed.
• Performs routine field service including patch lifting device locations, and pouring grout.
• Inspects patched lifting device locations to ensure match to the surface of the concrete member.
• Performs field service rework to cracked and/or damaged concrete members.
• Inspects field service repairs and rework to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Interprets and executes punch lists.
• Writes and maintains daily reports for the Field Operations Manager.
• Supervises several Field Service Employees.
