About The Position

Village Lane Pharmacy is a growing mail-order pharmacy serving patients across 38 states, providing customized therapies in hormone replacement, weight management, wellness, and compounded medications. As a Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Care Representative, you will be a key connection between the pharmacy and patients, answering questions, solving problems, coordinating patient needs, and ensuring every interaction is helpful, professional, and personal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying busy, multitasking, and making a positive impact on patients' lives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish — spoken and written.
  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with CRM or EHR software.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
  • Must successfully complete a routine criminal background check.
  • Candidates must have a copy or clear photo of their high school diploma or GED available to submit upon accepting an offer.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls, texts, and messages with professionalism and positive energy.
  • Assist patients with questions regarding prescriptions, orders, appointments, and pharmacy services.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments within the EHR system.
  • Help resolve patient concerns and identify the appropriate next steps.
  • Route clinical or pharmacy-related questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Accurately document patient interactions within our CRM and EHR systems.
  • Provide clear, compassionate, and professional communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Support administrative and pharmacy operations as needed.
  • Deliver the kind of customer experience that makes patients feel heard, valued, and taken care of.
