Requirements

  • Must hold one of the following Florida insurance licenses: 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Florida insurance market, with familiarity in working with carriers such as Frontline, Chubb, Heritage, and Universal.
  • Experience with Epic software is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle remarketing and servicing of existing policies.
  • Write new business policies and cross-sell additional products to clients.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
