About The Position

Roles and responsibilities include leading and coordinating the implementation of staffing and onboarding plans through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientating, training, and retaining talent at Vann Companies owned McDonald's restaurants. You will build strong relationships with staff and management to assure people strategies and initiatives are being executed efficiently. You will demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors that support the company's vision, mission and values. The People Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager's responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there. Requirements

  • MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH OR A SECOND LANGUAGE SPOKEN BY OUR EMPLOYEES
