Our busy surgical practice is looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our front office. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced medical setting, and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to meet you! This is more than just a front-desk job — you'll be a key part of our patients' care experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent phone and communication skills
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish) — comfortable translating in a clinical setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, with regular and reliable attendance — this is essential to keeping our office running smoothly
• Team player who works well in a collaborative, supportive environment

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming telephone calls
• Greet and check in visitors and patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Register new patients and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Collect copayments
• Sort and send outgoing mail
• Provide bilingual (Spanish) translation support during patient exams — helping bridge communication between patients and providers (some medical terminology knowledge required)
