About The Position

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional on a full-time basis as a Bilingual Patient Service Representative to help support our location in Plano, TX. This role involves scheduling patients for diagnostic exams and procedures, assisting with authorizations and verifications, checking patients in and out, answering multiple phone lines, providing accurate information to the billing office, processing requests, and filing patient records. The position is Monday - Friday (9:30am-6:00pm) with rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
• Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
• Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
