Requirements

  • You have a professional, outgoing, and genuinely friendly demeanor.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English, allowing you to provide essential support to our diverse patient base.
  • You can navigate computer systems and manage patient needs simultaneously without losing your cool.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a desire to grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls with a professional, warm, and courteous touch—managing everything from new patient consultations to urgent emergency triaging.
  • Proactively manage appointment calendars to ensure our providers can help as many patients as possible.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve patient inquiries efficiently, ensuring any emerging issues are handled with care.
  • Maintain a high standard of call quality and volume while managing non-technical administrative tasks and routine claims.
  • Engage in daily huddles and team meetings to share insights and improve how we serve our community.
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to assist clinics with follow-ups and scheduling needs.
