About The Position

Middleton Family Dental is looking for a bright and motivated Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join their patient-focused team, which emphasizes five-star service. The position requires flexibility, with an average of 36-38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, highly organized, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written skills, English required and Spanish required
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Nice To Haves

Dental: 1 year (Preferred, but will train the right individual)

Responsibilities

Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and all front desk duties
Understand and navigate patients' dental insurance
Collect and document patient's charges and payments
Strive for excellent customer service within the organization
Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations
Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy
Thrive in a multitasking, high-paced, dynamic environment
The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats
