About The Position

The Bilingual Patient Advocate will be responsible for patient and provider communication and education, supporting ER visits and care transitions, assisting with benefits enrollment, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a full-time, contract position based in Glendale, CA.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish & English (fluent)
  • 2+ years healthcare/managed care experience
  • Able to work onsite full-time
  • Reliable for Glendale commute

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant certification or nursing background
  • Care coordination or call center experience
