Seneca seeks a compassionate and assertive Bilingual Parent Partner to support families by building parenting skills, finding resources, and strengthening the overall family system. This role involves meeting regularly with caregivers to understand family dynamics and the impact of mental health concerns, offering one-on-one and family coaching grounded in empathy and research-based interventions. Training in intervention strategies, shadowing, and professional development opportunities are provided. The Parent Partner will leverage their personal experience navigating child-serving systems to empower and guide caregivers through various systems while parenting children with mental health concerns. The All-In! SoCal program is a school-referred, community-based wraparound program serving youth and families with significant mental/behavioral health needs, offering unconditional support to youth whose academics/attendance are impacted by their mental health.
