Bilingual Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Renuity is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves delivering interactive sales presentations to potential clients in their homes, promoting company products and services, and negotiating sales contracts. The position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license. While in-home sales or B2C sales experience is preferred, Renuity offers a state-of-the-art training program and welcomes candidates with experience in related fields such as windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, or car sales. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus. This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented

- Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
- Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Work successfully without requiring close supervision
- This position requires a criminal background check

- Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
