About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a bilingual Child & Family Therapist to provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families facing emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges. The role emphasizes building strong therapeutic partnerships, delivering individualized, family-centered treatment, and providing services in both English and Spanish to enhance access to care. Collaboration across disciplines is key to supporting whole-child outcomes, with opportunities for clinical expertise expansion through mentorship and professional development, aiming to create a meaningful impact in the community.

Requirements

Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families.
Training in evidence-based interventions.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of clinical experience.
Experience in pediatric behavioral health.
Experience working within interdisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of child development and family systems.
Experience providing trauma-informed care.
