About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a bilingual Child & Family Therapist to provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families facing emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges. The role emphasizes building strong therapeutic partnerships, delivering individualized, family-centered treatment, and providing services in both English and Spanish to enhance access to care. Collaboration across disciplines is key to supporting whole-child outcomes, with opportunities for clinical expertise expansion through mentorship and professional development, aiming to create a meaningful impact in the community.

Requirements

  • Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families.
  • Training in evidence-based interventions.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in pediatric behavioral health.
  • Experience working within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and family systems.
  • Experience providing trauma-informed care.
