We are seeking a Bilingual Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the treatment coordination for orthodontic patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both English and Spanish-speaking patients. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule orthodontic treatments for patients, ensuring timely and accurate appointments.
• Communicate treatment plans and financial information to patients in both English and Spanish.
• Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or questions promptly.
• Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Stay current on orthodontic procedures, terminology, and industry trends.
