About The Position

Dental Specialty Associates is seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support an oral surgeon across two locations: Arcadia and Gilbert. This is a full-time, travel-heavy role, requiring the assistant to work chairside in a fast-paced surgical environment and move between offices throughout the week.

Requirements

• Oral surgery experience required
• Dental assisting certification
• X-ray certification
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist the oral surgeon during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take X-rays and assist with charting
• Provide pre-op and post-op instructions to patients
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards
• Travel with the doctor between both locations
• Help maintain efficient clinical flow across offices
