About The Position

As an Operations Agent, you will be a member of the Investigation team. You will be responsible for client investigations or escalations at first point of contact for RBC deposit accounts and will work to resolve at source, referring to a manager where applicable in accordance with established client escalation protocol. You will effectively analyze files and take ownership and accountability to resolve client requests, applying judgment in making decisions.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge and experience in diverse RBC products, processes and services, for completing client inquiries
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Highly motivated and with a strong growth mindset
• Flexible to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00PM, and overtime when necessary
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple systems
• Must be proactive, innovative and have a developed sense of urgency
• Must be agile, flexible and have a desire for continuous growth
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CART, Application Launch Pad, On Demand, OLBB, OLMS, RBC Express, Service Platform and PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of Loan, Mortgage and Homeline products
• Business banking or branch experience
