About The Position

The Bilingual Onsite Coordinator is the primary point of contact for Midway at the client site, managing relationships with both the client and associates on the floor. This role involves recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new associates, as well as handling daily logistics, processing timecards, and ensuring client satisfaction. It is a fast-paced, people-centric role that requires problem-solving and initiative.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, hard deadlines, and moving parts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Takes initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Staffing agency experience
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Owning the relationship with the client and with every associate on the floor
  • Recruiting, screening resumes, and running phone and in-person interviews
  • Running onboarding from background checks through new hire paperwork
  • Handling first-day logistics so new hires actually stick
  • Processing and approving timecards so payroll goes out clean and on time
  • Checking in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problems
  • Repping Midway at job fairs and community hiring events
