About The Position

PIPESTONE is seeking multiple Bilingual Onboarding Trainers across our production footprint to promote excellence in animal care, employee safety, biosecurity compliance, and employee engagement throughout sow farm operations. These positions are dedicated to helping new employees become confident in their roles, understand company expectations, and feel welcomed as valued members of the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in swine production
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Help employees understand company values, expectations, and production practices.
• Serve as a primary mentor and resource for newly hired employees during onboarding and training.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees develop confidence and competency in their roles.
• Foster positive relationships between new team members and existing employees.
• Monitor onboarding progress and communicate feedback to managers and leadership.
• Train employees on animal welfare expectations, procedures, and industry standards.
• Conduct routine observations to ensure proper animal care and handling.
• Promote a culture of accountability and excellence in animal care.
• Ensure compliance with company biosecurity protocols and site-specific requirements.
• Train employees in disease prevention and biosecurity procedures.
• Partner with farm leadership to strengthen biosecurity awareness and compliance.
• Reinforce and train company safety policies and procedures across farm operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety requirements, including the use of proper personal protective equipment.
• Encourage employee participation in creating a safe work environment.
