About The Position
Procure Personnel is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to support daily staffing operations at a leading manufacturing facility in Freeland, PA. This is a full-time opportunity with a day shift schedule, offering a leadership and growth opportunity. The role involves managing employee attendance, conducting orientations, communicating with employees and management, adjusting schedules, maintaining records, and serving as a liaison between employees and client management.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Administrative or supervisory experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
