About The Position

KIPP Nashville Public Schools is seeking a Bilingual Office Manager for KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School. This role is part of the Operations team and is responsible for supporting the school's administrative functions. KIPP Nashville is a network of high-performing, free, open-enrollment K-12 schools committed to positively affecting student outcomes in Nashville since 2005. Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in an office administration or management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to KIPP Nashville's mission and values.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with student information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the school office.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with scheduling, event planning, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the school leadership team with various projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming, organized, and efficient.
  • Translate documents and facilitate communication between English and Spanish speaking stakeholders.
