About The Position

Phoenix is seeking a remote Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The role focuses on delivering virtual care through an asynchronous telemedicine platform, aiming to provide a better experience for both patients and healthcare providers. The Nurse Practitioner will review patient medical histories, determine treatment candidacy, issue prescriptions, and communicate with patients via a secure messaging platform. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine clinical workflows, improve patient and provider experience by working with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams, and contribute clinical expertise to innovation, new product launches, and protocols as Phoenix expands its services. The current focus areas include erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, premature ejaculation, and testosterone therapy.

Requirements

Bilingual in French and English
Registered in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ), with eligibility for licensure in additional Canadian provinces (support available for the licensing process if needed)
Technologically savvy with experience or comfort in digital care platforms.
Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Able to respond to patient needs in a timely and empathetic manner.
Passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare landscape.
Curious, innovative, and excited to work cross-functionally with non-clinical teams.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in men’s health is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Review patient-submitted medical histories through our intelligent, graded online platform and determine candidacy for treatment.
If appropriate, issue prescriptions.
If more information is needed, communicate directly with patients via our secure messaging platform.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine clinical workflows, ensuring seamless, high-quality care at scale.
Work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design solutions that elevate healthcare delivery.
Contribute to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands into new conditions and offerings.
