About The Position

This is primarily a field-based position for a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (RN) in Las Cruces, NM, focusing on Workers' Compensation. The role involves supporting injured employees through their recovery by coordinating medical care and advocating for optimal outcomes. You will work closely with physicians, employers, and claims professionals. Once a caseload is established, approximately 80-85% of the week will be spent traveling within the assigned territory to meet with injured workers and co-attend medical appointments. The remaining time will be dedicated to documentation, care coordination, and provider communication. This role offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule and is ideal for an RN seeking a career outside of direct bedside care.

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN license
• ASN required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong care coordination skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel extensively

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred
