The Workforce Manager serves as a liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees, and works at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. The role includes attending client production and/or staff meetings, understanding client needs and providing quality contractors to maximize profitability, assisting with internal and client reporting, using Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts, and performing customer-service activities. The position offers a base salary of $54,000–$62,000 and potential for a performance-based annual bonus of $2,000. Individual compensation depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

Customer- or sales-focused experience.
Experience in a team-oriented environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Ability to work overnights.
