About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are fluent in multiple languages to provide high-quality care and support to clients. The ability to communicate in more than one language ensures that clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable in their daily lives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a caregiver or healthcare aide.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including English and at least one other.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and empathy.
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and safety protocols.
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance or ADLs.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language to build trust and rapport.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
