About The Position
Siesta Pointe Apartments in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a highly experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance Technician to join their team immediately. This position will primarily be based at Siesta Pointe Apartments and will occasionally provide support to Orchard Estates in Surprise, AZ as needed. The ideal candidate is a motivated maintenance professional who takes pride in quality work, efficient apartment turns, and exceptional resident service.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Multifamily apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Must provide your own maintenance tools
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turns with a goal of 7 days or less whenever possible
- Complete resident work orders within 48 hours
- Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
- Assist with preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
- Participate in the on-call rotation and emergency maintenance response
- Travel between properties as needed to support operations
