About The Position

Ready to suit up as a Mobile Security Guard. What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths. As a Bilingual Mobile Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Hold a valid security license.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract and Clean criminal record.
  • Must provide a valid First Aid certificate.
  • Fluent in both French and English (bilingual).
  • Strong report writing and communication skills.
  • Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry out patrols throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity.
  • Check identification and control access to secure areas.
  • React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken.
  • Provide support and relief for other security guards when needed.
  • Control access to secure areas and verify identification.
  • Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
  • Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks.
  • Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents.
