About The Position

OH!A US is looking for an experienced, Spanish-speaking, high-energy retail specialist with a knack for merchandising. Our retail merchandiser will be a tech-savvy Bilingual Route Merchandiser representing great Hispanic brands in-stores. This role involves managing daily store visits, building strong relationships with store managers, and ensuring top-notch product visibility across your territory.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Fully fluent in Spanish, intermediate English.
Retail shelving and stocking experience is required.
Comfortable navigating smartphone reporting apps with 0 supervision or assistance.
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance to travel between route locations.
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time, stoop, bend, stretch, carry equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail merchandising is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with store managers to maximize brand visibility, negotiate secondary displays, and capture portfolio growth opportunities.
Price, stock, and rotate products using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards while maintaining strict planogram compliance.
Log store visits, monitor competitor activity, and record real-time insights using a smartphone merchandising app.
Maintain a 90%+ route completion rate to achieve perfect in-store execution.
