About The Position
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS to join our Functional Family Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Position Description: Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques. Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients. Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability. Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment. Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Requirements
- Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
